The work goes out. The verdict comes back.

Tooly is where creative work is briefed, delivered and decided. Every file lives inside a task. Every version keeps its own verdict. Nothing important happens in an email thread.

“The opening drags — tighten the first four seconds, and the logo needs to sit top-right.”

How work moves

Five steps, and the product is finished

Anything that does not move a task from assigned to approved is not in the product.

  1. 01

    Brief it

Create a task and attach the brief, the brand guides and the raw footage.

  2. 02

    Assign it

One contributor owns it. They see what they need and nothing else.

  3. 03

    Deliver it

Upload multi-gigabyte video straight to storage. Resumable, and byte-exact.

  4. 04

    Decide it

Approve, or send it back with a reason. The reason is not optional.

  5. 05

    Repeat it

Version 2 lands beside version 1. Both keep their verdict, permanently.

Why it is different

Storage tools lose the argument. This one keeps it.

Files live inside tasks

Not folders. A file with no task attached is a file nobody can act on, so there is not one.

The brief and the work never mix

Reference files are the brief. Deliverables are the work. Contributors upload the second and cannot rewrite the first.

Every version keeps its verdict

Six months on, “why did we reject the first cut?” still has an answer attached to the file itself.

One account, every client

A freelancer with ten clients has one login and one dashboard. Roles live per workspace, not per person.

Put your next revision somewhere it can be found

Create a workspace, attach a brief, invite the person doing the work. The whole loop takes about a minute to set up.
